As a Senior Manager to join the Transaction Advisory Services practice in our New York City office, you'll support our rapidly growing group. This team conducts due diligence and supports clients across a wide range of industries. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Act as a key player in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements from both private equity and strategic corporate buyers Analyze historical financial statements and evaluate operational trends to identify sustainable earnings for a variety of industries Coordinate with team and management regarding client expectations concerning project deliverables and deadlines Effectively write and communicate engagement reports and deliverables to client management Coach and mentor staff The successful candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field Strong Excel and PowerPoint skillsCPA and other relevant professional certifications preferred Strong current knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, transaction advisory services, or mergers and acquisitions8+ plus years of transaction advisory experience within various industries Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel out-of-town to clients as required Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root cause determination skillsStrong written and verbal communication and presentation skillsStrong project management with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a team-oriented environment Action-oriented, decisive approach to work required, with the willingness to take a hands-on role to ensure the deliverables are met on time In New York, the salary range for a Senior Manager is $150,000 to $250,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
