Requirements: Rehab experience; BLS and VA License

Responsibilities: Provide inpatient rehabilitation nursing care to promote patient recovery and independence. Administer medications, IVs, and other treatments in accordance with physician orders. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nursing, therapy, and medical staff. Document patient progress and treatment responses accurately in Meditech system.
