Inbound Sales Associate- Digital Marketing

Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with prospective inbound clients, generating and qualifying opportunities. Drive consultative sales processes—understanding client pain points and tailoring strategies from our service suite. Manage outreach, follow-ups, and the full deal process end-to-end in Hub Spot. Present Moburst’s value proposition via email, Zoom, and in-person meetings. Create data-driven proposals with clear outcomes, scopes, and investments. Ensure smooth client onboarding and a seamless transition to the Account Management team. Stay on top of industry trends and emerging marketing tech.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, advertising, marketing, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus.1–3 years of experience in consultative sales or account management within marketing services or a digital agency Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to create tailored solutions that address client challenges. Self-starter, fast learner, and highly motivated by success. Strong understanding of digital marketing practices. Proficiency in Google Suite, Hub Spot, and other relevant systems.
