Deck & Stew Specialist - Seasonal 25m Yacht (Italy)

IYC is seeking a proactive Deck/Stew to join a 25m motor yacht on a private West Med itinerary. The role combines exterior duties such as washdowns, docking operations, line handling, and deck maintenance with interior service and housekeeping as needed. The successful candidate will be hands-on, team-oriented, and committed to maintaining high yacht standards. Experience in a similar role is preferred. Meals onboard are provided as part of crew benefits.
