Who We Are: Provoke is a global consulting firm building AI-native solutions that transform how work gets done. Founded on a culture of innovation, growth, and curiosity, we partner with global clients to design and deploy agentic AI embedded directly into workflows so teams move faster, think smarter, and scale with purpose.
Overview: We're looking for an experienced Senior Veeva CLM Developer to join our team and take ownership of substantial portions of an interactive, content-driven Customer Visual Aid (CVA) build. Working alongside the technical lead, this role will independently deliver assigned sections, navigation behavior, charts, graphs, and data displays from initial structure through development, testing, submission, and production validation. The ideal candidate has substantial hands-on experience building interactive content experiences and can work confidently within an established technical architecture. This person will be expected to execute with limited supervision, identify issues early, and step in for the technical lead during deployment and production validation when needed. Why this role Own meaningful portions of a CVA build from structure through production validation. Work within an established technical architecture while contributing improvements and identifying gaps. Build interactive experiences, navigation, charts, graphs, and data displays used by field representatives during HCP conversations. Gain hands-on exposure to Veeva CLM, Promo Mats, MLR review processes, client-issued iPad testing, and production deployment.
Key Responsibilities: Own delivery of assigned areas of the CVA end to end, including page structure, development, testing, defect resolution, and submission preparation. Structure pages according to defined file and CLM content standards. Implement navigation behavior that allows field representatives to move directly to relevant sections during an HCP conversation. Build charts, graphs, and static data displays where accuracy and presentation quality are critical. Review owned work against the technical and content standards established by the lead and proactively raise gaps or inconsistencies. Test builds on client-issued iPads that match the standard field environment. Identify and resolve defects during build testing before they reach production validation. Prepare content for the Promo Mats and MLR review process and work within established approval and packaging requirements. Contribute to environment, handoff, deployment, and validation procedures defined by the technical lead. Execute deployment and validation procedures consistently and document completed work. Provide realistic estimates for assigned build areas to support project workback planning and delivery timelines. Support production validation following deployment. Serve as a technical backup to the lead during deployment and production validation activities. Collaborate with the lead and delivery team to ensure assigned components integrate effectively into the overall CVA experience.
Required Skills & Experience: Substantial hands-on experience building interactive, content-driven front-end experiences. Demonstrated ability to independently own workstreams through completion without task-level direction. Hands-on experience building or testing within Veeva CLM content structures, or directly comparable experience delivering into a review-gated content platform with fixed file structure and packaging requirements. Ability to work within an established architecture and extend it according to defined technical standards rather than unnecessarily redesigning it. Ability to identify and communicate architectural or process issues early. Experience implementing charts, graphs, and data displays where the accuracy of presented figures is important. Device-level testing experience, particularly with iPads. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify defects during build testing rather than production validation. Ability to follow deployment and validation procedures precisely. Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to provide realistic development estimates and manage assigned deliverables independently. Desirable Qualifications/
Preferred Qualifications: Current Veeva certification covering interactive presentation and CLM content development, or active pursuit of certification. Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault CRM.Prior experience taking a Veeva interactive presentation into a client production environment. Experience supporting or leading deployment and production validation. Experience with Promo Mats submissions and MLR-reviewed materials. Experience building navigable, challenge-driven CVAs that allow field representatives to quickly access objection-handling sections. Experience working within pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated content environments. Location Remote USRole Type & Work Authorization This role is offered as W2 hourly employment.
