Top 5 Required Skills: Experience in financial services or trading operations (2+ years) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to learn and explain complex workflows clearly Attention to detail in data review and issue resolution Proficiency in Microsoft Office and trading platforms Top 5 Nice to Have Skills: Familiarity with Advisor360, or similar trading platforms Knowledge of model management and portfolio rebalancing workflowsFINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses (active or expired) Support experience during platform conversions and onboarding Experience with QA/UAT testing and defect tracking
Preferred Education and Experience:
