Apply for this role →Our client a prestigious Private Wealth Management firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Registered Client Service Associate (CSA) to join our team in Washington, DC. This role is integral to supporting our high-net-worth clients and financial advisors by providing exceptional service, operational support, and account management. The ideal candidate must hold active Series 7 and 66 licenses and demonstrate strong attention to detail, client service expertise, and financial acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and assisting with account-related requests. Support financial advisors with client onboarding, account maintenance, and portfolio administration. Process account transactions, including fund transfers, disbursements, trade execution, and account updates. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and client review materials. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and firm policies, maintaining accurate documentation and records. Coordinate with internal departments, custodians, and third-party vendors to facilitate seamless client service. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and improve operational efficiencies. Assist in special projects and initiatives to support the growth and success of the advisory team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Active FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses (or equivalent).5+ years of experience in a client service or operational role within wealth management, private banking, or financial services. Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and industry regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM systems, portfolio management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
