Technical Program Manager-W2

Responsibilities: Acting as prime technical / managerial POC for all Customer interface and communication on Program and responsible for overall Customer satisfaction. Possess a deep understanding of IT support in agile environments with the experience to address Customer's existing and future needs. Directs call order activities to meet client and organization work objectives and serve as a liaison with the client to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems, as needed. Supervises assigned technical and administrative staff and performs personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluation. Performs program financial management services, including financial analysis, budget and cost quote preparation, cost management, reconciliation. Develops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, and other program documents. Prepares and provides various reports and technical reviews to the Government and senior management as requested. Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards. Participates in special projects as required. Serve as the primary customer point of contact providing management and oversight to a team of technical leads responsible for the management and execution of cloud activities.

Preferred Qualifications: MS in IT, computer science or related fields and 12 years of experience in the IT field.
