Surgery - Vascular Physician

Schedule: Monday-Friday with 1-2 surgical days per week Call: 1:4 rotation, adjusted based on volume and surgical load Patient Volume: 10-15 patients per clinic day; 8-10 procedures per week Patient Setting: Primarily outpatient surgical cases with inpatient consults as needed Facility: Eight OR suites and four endoscopy rooms within a fully integrated surgical services department Support: In-house billing, coding, and collections team Guaranteed base salary with production bonus Physician time off - vacation plus CME with stipend Malpractice insurance provided Health, dental, and life insurance 401(k) with employer matching Deferred compensation program Relocation assistance
