Data Center Estimating Manager

Prime Data Centers in Dallas seeks a Manager, Estimating to lead cost estimating for tenant fit-out scopes from concept to GMP. You will develop cost databases and unit pricing for recurring TFO scopes, and partner with Pre-Construction, Design, and Procurement to validate budgets. Lead a team of estimators and benchmark costs across projects to identify savings opportunities while presenting estimates to leadership and customers as needed.
