Foundry Mechanic 3rd Shift (11:30pm - 8:00am) - $25 - $25 Hourly Wage

Summary: We are seeking a reliable Foundry Mechanic person to join our team on 3rd shift, to set-up, maintain, and troubleshoot foundry tooling, generally 2-piece core/cavity + ejection pins.

Primary Responsibilities: Set up of molds and related equipment for production, usually involves replacing worn ejection pins or drilling out clogged vents, and testing ejection function. Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including: Bearings and bushings Hydraulic lines Fasteners such as bolts Replace worn or damaged components as needed Use hand tools and shop equipment safely and effectively (drills, grinders, torch) Inspect equipment to identify issues and prevent downtime Follow all plant safety procedures, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout guidelines Work cooperatively with coworkers and supervisors

Requirements: Driver's License & Reliable Transportation Must be over 18 at the time of hire

Skills and Qualifications: Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Experience working with hand tools, drills, grinders, and torches. Ability to perform maintenance on industrial equipment. Attention to detail and accuracy. Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds & stand for extended periods. Strong attention to safety and quality standards. Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules Must be punctual, dependable & able to work independently
