Lead Fulfillment Specialist

Location: Carlsbad, CA

Hours: Full-Time

Salary: $55,000–$63,000, based on experience The Lead Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day execution and organization of WYN Republic's U.S. warehouse. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, notices when something isn't right, and makes sure the details don't fall through the cracks. You'll oversee daily fulfillment, inventory accuracy, receiving, returns, restocking, and warehouse organization while working closely with our Operations and Customer Experience teams. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of the warehouse while still being willing to jump in and pack orders alongside the team.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Fulfillment & Daily Warehouse Operations Own day-to-day fulfillment of Shopify orders, ensuring orders are shipped accurately and on time Maintain a high standard of fulfillment accuracy and customer experience Process returns and return sellable inventory to stock Restock picking bins consistently to keep fulfillment running efficiently Maintain a clean, organized and efficient warehouse Monitor warehouse and shipping supplies and proactively replenish as needed Support athlete shipments, wholesale orders, product launches, events and other special projects Inventory Management Receive incoming inventory and cross-check shipments against purchase orders Count, inspect, organize and put away new products and restocks Maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts and reconciliation Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Maintain organized backstock and picking locations Create and process inventory transfers Identify inventory issues proactively and communicate them to Operations Warehouse Ownership & Process Improvement Take ownership of the overall day-to-day health and organization of the warehouse Follow and maintain warehouse SOPs and ensure processes are consistently followed Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to warehouse processes Maintain high standards of accuracy, organization and accountability Help maintain and improve WYN's inventory organization and barcode systems Work closely with Customer Experience to quickly resolve order or inventory issues Communicate proactively when issues arise rather than allowing them to become bottlenecks What You'll Need 2+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, inventory management, retail operations, or e-commerce Experience taking ownership of processes or day-to-day operations Strong inventory management skills and exceptional attention to detail Shopify experience preferred Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems is a plus Highly organized, dependable and proactive Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Comfortable prioritizing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable standing and moving throughout the workday and lifting up to 50 lbs Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a small team Genuine interest in running, cycling, triathlon, HYROX, or endurance sport culture is strongly preferredWYN Perks Health and fitness culture with positive energy vibes Discounts on WYN Merch Product allowance + team gear Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits (50% employer paid)401(k) with company match Paid Time Off Opportunities to attend races, expos and endurance events Opportunity to grow with a rapidly growing endurance brand
