Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their goals
- Show homes and help sellers prepare to list their properties
- Prepare and negotiate offers, contracts, and listing agreements
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process to closing
- Follow up with leads and appointments using CRM and sales systems
- Manage your pipeline, calendar, and client follow-ups
- Deliver excellent service that builds referrals and repeat business
Qualifications:

- Comfortable with CRM and real estate technology
