Front Desk / Patient Services Representative

Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM5:00 PM No weekends! This is a fast-paced position requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent service while managing multiple responsibilities.

Qualifications: Previous medical front desk and/or health insurance experience required Strong knowledge of insurance verification and eligibility Excellent customer service skills Professional and courteous phone etiquette Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy, fast-paced environment Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple healthcare systems Excellent communication and organizational skills Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Experience in urgent care, occupational medicine, or a high-volume medical office is preferred

Responsibilities include: Greeting and registering patients Answering phones and assisting with patient inquiries Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits Collecting copays, deductibles, and other patient payments Accurately entering patient and insurance information Assisting with urgent care and occupational medicine registrations Managing multiple patients, phone calls, and administrative responsibilities simultaneously Providing a positive and professional experience for every patient We are looking for someone who is computer savvy, confident working with insurance, comfortable in a high-volume environment, and committed to excellent customer service.
