Behavior Technician Help children build skills that matter A child communicating a need, making a new connection, or completing a daily routine more independently; these are the moments you'll help make possible! Little Stars Therapy Services is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism and related developmental differences. You'll use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills while following individualized treatment plans. No prior ABA experience is required. Experience working with children is preferred. Bring patience, dependability, and a willingness to learn. We provide hands-on training and ongoing guidance from clinical supervisors.

What you'll do:
  • Provide direct, one-on-one ABA services in our clinic
  • Help children practice skills through structured activities, play, and daily routines
  • Follow individualized treatment plans developed by clinical supervisors
  • Collect accurate data and document client progress
  • Support children through challenging moments using the strategies you have been trained to implement
  • Communicate with supervisors and teammates about progress, questions, and concerns
  • Help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for children and families
This is active, hands-on work that requires patience, consistent attendance, and attention to detail. Some days will be challenging, and progress may happen in small steps. Your consistency helps children learn and grow.
What we're looking for
Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Dependability and availability for the listed schedule
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
  • Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and work collaboratively
  • A commitment to treating children and families with kindness and respect
Preferred:
  • Experience working with children through childcare, education, youth programs, or similar settings
  • Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Prior ABA experience or college coursework in psychology, education, or a related field

You do not need to complete training before applying. Candidates selected for the position must complete a 40-hour RBT training course before onboarding. Little Stars covers the course fee.
