Nursing Home Billing Supervisor

What You'll Do: Supervise and manage the day-to-day billing operations for a nursing home portfolio Oversee Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance claims from submission through reimbursement Monitor accounts receivable, identify collection issues, and drive resolution Ensure compliance with federal and state billing regulations and payer requirements Train, mentor, and hold accountable a team of billing staff Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation Prepare billing reports and present AR metrics to leadership

What We're Looking For: Must Have 35+ years of billing experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a related healthcare setting Working knowledge of Medicare Part A, Medicaid, and managed care billing Supervisory or team lead experience Strong understanding of UB-04 claims and LTC revenue cycle workflows Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have: Experience with PointClickCare or similar LTC software Familiarity with MDS/RUG or PDPM reimbursement models CPC, CPMA, or related billing certification
