Position Summary: The Assistant General Manager supports the Stadium Operations Managers in ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality operations across all OHH stadium locations. This is ahands-on leadership role- you will be actively involved in both managing teams andparticipating in cooking and food productionduring events. The AGM plays a key role in daily execution, team leadership, and maintaining food and service standards, ensuring each stand reflects OHH's quality, culture, and reputation.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Support Assist in supervising stadium operations staff, ensuring alignment with OHH's standards and culture Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members Provide on-shift leadership, motivation, and conflict resolution Lead by example in both service and kitchen execution Operational Oversight Help ensure all locations meet OHH's standards for food quality, presentation, and speed of service Actively assist withcooking, prep, and food productionas needed during eventsAssist with ordering, receiving, and inventory management Support scheduling and staffing to meet event demands Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations Financial & Performance Support Monitor sales, labor, and product usage during eventsAssist in tracking and controlling costs to meet operational goals Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance Support communication with stadium partners, vendors, and internal teams Assist in resolving operational issues during events Event Readiness & Execution Prepare for high-volume events with proper staffing, inventory, and equipment Support menu rollouts, operational updates, and promotions Troubleshoot and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in restaurants, food service, hospitality, or stadium/event operations Ability and willingness to behands-on, including cooking in a high-volume environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to stay composed and make decisions in fast-paced, high-pressure situations Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Current WA Food Handler's Permit, MAST Permit, & ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain) Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as events require
