EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated Fitness Manager to lead our club's sales drive, build a strong Personal Training team, and deliver exceptional member experiences. This role blends floor leadership, appointment setting, and relationship-building with members while growing training package revenue. Reporting to the District Fitness Manager, you will hire and coach staff, supervise trainers, manage payroll, and collaborate with membership sales to onboard new members.
