Sr. Salesforce Developer Chicago, IL (Onsite) Contract

Location: 100% Onsite – Chicago, IL Type: Long Term Contract – W2/C2CRequired overall IT Experience: 12+ Years

Required Skills: 12+ years of total IT experience with 8-10+ years in Salesforce development. Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.Strong experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Solid understanding of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in Salesforce. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, App Builder) are a plus. Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, pharma) is preferred.

Key Responsibilities: Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and integrations. Lead end-to-end implementation from requirement gathering to deployment and support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and QA engineers. Develop and maintain system integrations with third-party platforms (REST/SOAP APIs).Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of Salesforce solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and support post-deployment.
