Head of Off-Chain & Exchange Integrations

Mesh is a crypto payments platform seeking a Head of Off-Chain Engineering to own exchanges and fiat integrations, set strategy, build the org, and stay close to the code to ensure reliability remains a competitive edge. You will lead architecture for reliability, define and hit SLOs, hire across time zones, and partner with Product and Partnerships to maximize client impact while maintaining a hands-on, technically deep leadership style.
