Vice President, Lease & Documentation Excellence

First National Capital Corporation in Irvine, CA seeks a Vice President of Documentation & Lease Administration to lead end-to-end docs and lease oversight for complex equipment finance transactions. You will review, negotiate, and manage master leases, notes, and related documents with cross-functional partners to keep deals moving toward funding. You will mentor the documentation team, develop standards and workflows, and ensure audit-ready files while maintaining strong risk controls in a
