Roles, Responsibilities and Essential Functions: Perform inventory cycle counts at multiple warehouse locations Ability to type detailed information into database Read and interpret documents (i.e., invoices, shipping labels, BOL’s, etc…)Evaluate datasets for consistency, completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness Evaluate and research inventory discrepancies and make necessary adjustments in the company database Generate data reports on periodic basis for management and customers Maintain logs and databases for inventory accuracy Create and update warehouse mapping system Coordinate with the warehouse team for inbound / receiving inventory Communicating with cross-functional teams Other general office administrative / customer service dutiesWILL PROVIDE TRAINING
