Requirements:
- CA-Cert/license- must be able to scrub 2 years of current experienceBLS2- Current referencesCurrent – Physical (within-12 months)
- Current – PPD (within- 12 months)
- Titers/MMR/Varicella/Hep BFit testing (within 12 months)
