Overview: The Senior Instructor II will lead in developing coursework, conducting training and evaluating students based on project specifications.
Responsibilities:
  • Familiar with TRADOC Regulation 350-70 the SAT/ASAT process and Army program courseware development
  • Must be capable of critical thinking analysis, training design methodologies and processes to maximize project benefits on the modern-day battlefield
  • Superior ability to develop and integrate module content, materials, and media to meet deliverable specifications and support the overall learning goals and objectives
  • Project development experience using project management standards and processes preferred
  • Ability to track and communicate project status, identify and resolve issues, and work within budget
  • Must be able to work cooperatively as a member and leader of a team, as well as independently
  • Ability to lead, mentor and manage a team of 3-5 instructors in the development of multiple courseware products simultaneously
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects with competing requirements
Qualifications
Education:
  • The Army Instructor Training Course – TAITC (or other military branch equivalent)
  • Systems Approach to Training Course preferred
  • Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience:
  • Fifteen years’ experience; can be a combination of military and civilian experience
  • Must have or be able to obtain a secret clearance
  • Any combination of education/experience may be substituted for job requirements at the recommendation of the hiring manager and approval of the COO or higher.
