Key responsibilities: Own the global derivatives structuring strategy, including product structure and clearing models Collaborate with the Regulatory Legal team to address cross-entity regulatory challenges Lead and develop a team of senior derivatives counsel across multiple jurisdictionsRequired qualificationsAttorney admitted to practice in the US or qualified lawyer in the UK, EU, or equivalent 18+ years' post-qualification experience in financial services regulatory law Substantial in-house experience in derivatives legal, with ownership of structuring strategy Expertise in at least one derivatives regulatory regime (US, UK, or EEA) and fluency in another Direct experience with virtual asset markets and structuring products across multiple jurisdictions
