Premium Delivery & Experience Concierge

Liberty Safe seeks a proactive Customer Delivery & Experience Concierge to oversee high-touch pre-delivery experiences for large, complex purchases. You will coordinate delivery partners, confirm access requirements, and resolve issues to ensure on-time, satisfactory deliveries. In this role, you’ll drive revenue protection by reducing cancellations and identifying opportunities for accessories and upgrades, while maintaining strong partner relationships and data-driven process improvements.
