Paralegal: Documents, Research & IP Support

Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation is seeking a paralegal to support document management, legal research, and internal investigations. You will assist in drafting, negotiating, and tracking agreements and other corporate documents. The role requires knowledge of Westlaw or Lexis Nexis, strong English communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a legal environment. A paralegal program or related degree is preferred.
