Elliot Health System is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatric Neurologist with Epilepsy Fellowship training to join our growing pediatric specialty team. Advanced Epilepsy ResourcesFour full-time registered EEG technologists, routine and ambulatory EEG, home monitoring for up to 72 hours, NICU long-term monitoring, remote interpretation, and Natus integrated with Epic. Dedicated Physician SupportDedicated Pediatric Neurology RN and Medical Assistant, protected EEG interpretation time, four clinical days, one administrative day, and 10 to 12 outpatients per day. Technology That Reduces BurdenIntegrated Epic electronic medical record and Microsoft DAX Copilot ambient documentation, helping physicians spend more time with patients and less time documenting. Clinical Scope and ImpactThis role blends outpatient epilepsy care with meaningful hospital-based consultation across the pediatric continuum. Clinical responsibilities include: Outpatient pediatric neurology and comprehensive epilepsy care EEG interpretation with protected reading time NICU consultation for neonatal seizures and other complex neurologic conditions Pediatric Emergency Department and inpatient consultation for first-time seizures, status epilepticus, and acute neurologic presentations Collaborative care for neurologically and developmentally complex children Leadership in program development, quality improvement, and regional access to care Opportunity to Build and GrowThis position offers the autonomy and organizational support to develop a robust pediatric epilepsy practice, strengthen acute and neonatal neurology services, and help shape the future of pediatric neurosciences at Elliot.
