About the Role:
AMSYS Hospitality is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of low-voltage, structured cabling, HSIA, CCTV, and AV installation projects for hospitality clients. You'll own routine customer communication, vendor relations, and project tracking — keeping projects on schedule from kickoff to closeout while freeing the Director of Operations for strategic work.
What You'll Do:
- Handle routine customer communication: site-visit scheduling, status updates, and data requests; escalate pricing, contract, or billing issues to leadership
- Manage vendor relations: RFQs, order status, PO tracking, delay follow-ups, and RMAsMonitor projects in ConnectWise Manage; keep the status log current and flag at-risk projects early
- Maintain records of correspondence, POs, and milestones; support billing prep and closeout documentation
Not Responsible For: pricing/contracts, technical design decisions, or internal automation tools.
Qualifications1–3+ years in project/account coordination or customer-facing operations (field services or hospitality preferred)
Strong written communication and strong organizational skills across multiple projects
Proficient in Outlook and Excel; ConnectWise Manage experience a plus
Industry terminology familiarity helpful but not required — training provided
First 90 Days
Independently handling customer status and site-access emails
Managing vendor RFQ/PO follow-ups
Maintaining an accurate project status log, reviewed weekly with leadership
