Beyond advisors with transferable books, we also place associate advisors, client service and client associates, and advisors with non-transferable books.

The opportunity: We're looking for an independent recruiter to build and run a financial advisor recruiting desk. You'll identify established advisors who are considering a move, advise them on their options, and place them with our client firms. You run your own desk and schedule, and we provide the client relationships, tools and back-office support.

What you'll do: Source and engage established financial advisors through Linked In, Broker Check, referrals and direct outreach Qualify advisors on book size, revenue, client mix, licensing and what they want in their next firm Present advisors to client firms and manage the process from first conversation through offer and transition Build long-term relationships with advisors who may move in the future

What we're looking for: Experience recruiting financial advisors, or a background in wealth management as an advisor, wholesaler, or business development or branch leader Working knowledge of the wirehouse, independent broker-dealer and RIA channels Comfort with outbound calling and long sales cyclesA self-directed way of working and a strong sense of confidentiality An existing advisor network is a plus Compensation Commission only: 40% of the placement fee collected on every placement you make No cap on earnings Commissions are paid when Golden Consulting collects the fee from the client What we provide Active searches with client firms Tools: Linked In Recruiter Lite, Signal Hire, Claude Contracts, invoicing and collections handled for you To apply Send your resume or Linked In profile and a short note on your advisor recruiting or financial services experience to bri@goldenrecruiting.com
