Site Lead, Laboratory Services

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of Laboratory Services programs, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Act as the main contact for business and strategic partners regarding laboratory needs. Manage vendor relationships in a GxP environment to deliver high-quality lab services. Ensure alignment with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality systems through appropriate training. Implement strategies for equipment maintenance, supply procurement, and lab support services. Collaborate with site-based teams to monitor performance and implement improvement plans.

Requirements: BS degree in biological or chemical science. Minimum of 3 years' experience in laboratory sciences or operations within pharma/biotech R&D. Experience in a GxP environment. Proven ability to manage vendor and strategic partner relationships. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Teams. Knowledge of GxP environments, quality & compliance, and industry regulations (FDA, ISO, OSHA). Preferences Experience leading through influence with a customer service mindset.
