Respiratory Therapist RRT

Medical City Healthcare, partnered with CryptoAnalyzer, seeks a PRN Respiratory Therapist RRT to provide high-quality respiratory care in a technology-forward environment. You will assess patients, administer treatments, manage ventilators, and interpret ABGs while documenting care in secure, data-driven systems. Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and data specialists, you’ll help optimize respiratory protocols using analytics. Ideal candidates bring strong clinical judgment, comfort with digital tools, and flexibility to support varied shifts in a fast-paced healthcare setting committed to innovation and continuous learning. Assess and monitor patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions. Administer respiratory treatments, therapies, and medications as prescribed. Manage and troubleshoot mechanical ventilators and related respiratory equipment. Perform and interpret arterial blood gas (ABG) tests and pulmonary function assessments. Document all respiratory care in electronic health record systems accurately and securely. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to develop and adjust care plans. Apply infection control and safety standards in all respiratory procedures. Provide education to patients and families on respiratory conditions and equipment use. Support emergency and critical care responses requiring respiratory intervention. Leverage data and analytics tools to help improve respiratory protocols and outcomes.
