Print Shop Specialist - Part Time

Print Shop Specialist This position is responsible for processing all printing requests of the District. The performance responsibilities as shown below represent only the key areas of responsibility; specific position requirements will vary depending on the needs of the building assigned. Correspond via phone, email and in person with district staff in regard to all printing requests. Maintain control in office: waiting on customers, making changes to orders, assisting staff with materials and/or printing requests, handing out supplies to staff where applicable. Computer input on in-house budget, communicating with Director and/or District Office as needed. Order and bill all supplies. Perform back-up type duties in absence of other office staff. Assist the director in the overall operations of the department, communicating and coordinating with other District staff as necessary. Other duties as assigned. Must be capable of sitting throughout the work day. Must present appropriate appearance and personal cleanliness suited to working in close proximity to students and adults. Must be able to work with interruptions during a work shift. Must be capable of working in a noisy environment.
