Staff Reliability Engineer - Semiconductor NTI/NPI Leader

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a staff-level Reliability Engineer to own reliability engineering for NTI/NPI and advanced CMOS technology nodes. You will collaborate with internal teams, Korea HQ, customers, and Fab to drive reliability from NTI/NPI to mass production, leveraging statistical tools and reliability models. You will author papers, contribute to conferences, and work with cross-functional teams to advance device integration and technology development.
