Key Responsibilities:
As a Telehealth Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored therapy plans to meet each client's unique needs.
Facilitating individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
Assisting clients in setting, tracking, and achieving their therapeutic goals, ensuring progress is made through regular reviews and adjustments to treatment plans.
Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation of client sessions, treatment progress, and any relevant updates while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
Engaging in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and staying current on the latest mental health trends and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
A master's degree or higher in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
Current and valid LCMHC license in the state of Vermont.
A demonstrable understanding of diverse therapeutic modalities and evidence-based approaches.
Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating constructive relationships with clients and colleagues.
A strong sense of ethics and adherence to confidentiality and privacy standards in mental health.
Preferred Experience:
We are looking for candidates with at least two years of relevant experience in a clinical mental health setting, including a strong track record of fostering therapeutic relationships and guiding clients towards achieving their goals. Experience with telehealth platforms is highly desirable as it ensures a smoother transition into our innovative counseling environment.
