We're seeking an Electronic Technician to join a growing electronics manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an electronics or computer technology background who enjoys troubleshooting, testing, and working with advanced equipment. Whether you're a recent technical school graduate or have hands-on experience, this company offers training, career development, and long-term growth opportunities.
What You'll Do:
- Perform testing on electronic assemblies and finished products
- Troubleshoot test failures down to the component level
- Diagnose and repair electronic assemblies using schematics and test equipment
- Assist with the development and improvement of testing procedures
- Perform preventative maintenance on high-tech manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot production equipment to minimize downtime
- Program manufacturing equipment for production jobs (training provided)
- Maintain accurate testing and production documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing process
What We're Looking For:
- Associate degree or technical degree in Electronics, Electrical Technology, Computer Technology, or a related field required
- Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Previous electronics manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
