Key Responsibilities:
Manage rapid-turn promo campaigns for enterprise and midmarket restaurants.
Collaborate cross-functionally with account teams to ensure flawless campaign execution.

Leverage SQL to analyze large datasets for campaign performance tracking and decision-making.
Assist with data entry projects to support Ads Manager migration.
Drive product improvements through data and operational feedback.
Create process improvements using AI-supported tools for efficient workflows.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in scaled ad operations, digital advertising, or data entry.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage in a matrixed environment.
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries and creating dashboards.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to work autonomously, troubleshoot issues, and drive campaign resolutions.
- Self-starter who thrives in changing environments. Preferences
- Experience with design tools like Figma and Photoshop.
- Experience driving product improvements with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
