Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service in the tasting room
- Lead wine tastings and guide guests through wine selections
- Serve wine, food, and desserts with polished presentation
- Maintain a clean, organized tasting room and outdoor area
- Handle POS transactions accurately
- Restock wine, glassware, and supplies throughout the shift
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
- Serving or hospitality experience required (winery experience a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable learning and speaking about wine
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Must be 18+ and TABC certified (or willing to obtain)
- Weekend availability required; occasional evenings for events
