1st Shift General Production

Position Overview: This role involves various tasks related to the creation, inspection, and shipment of custom-built products. Depending on the assignment, team members may:

• Utilize equipment ranging from compact tools to larger machinery in the fabrication process
• Participate in hands-on product construction as part of a production team
• Examine items to ensure they meet specified standards
• Modify components to accommodate hardware using precision tools
• Handle raw materials, including preparation and transportation
• Organize, wrap, and prepare completed goods for dispatch
• Perform general operational support tasks as needed
• Keep tools, equipment, and workstations clean and organized, while strictly adhering to safety practices
• Desired Background:
• Prior involvement in a production setting involving xaygatp wood-based products such as cabinetry or architectural fixtures
• Experience working in a factory or logistics-related environment
• Familiarity with structural or construction-related materials
• Ability to carry out basic measurements and perform straightforward calculations
