Maintenance A

Essential Functions: Troubleshoots and repairs 120V and 480V 3-PH electrical systems. Completes mechanical and electrical schematics. Completes work on PLC controlled systems. Troubleshoots and repairs simple and complex pneumatic systems. Completes repairs and maintains building systems. Performs preventive maintenance as required. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum degree required: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred degree: Trade, tech, or vocational education in industrial maintenance. Years of experience: 3 to 5 years. Knowledge, Skills, and Ability: Sound knowledge of 480V 3 PH electrical circuits. Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical schematics. Basic understanding of PLC operation. Be able to troubleshoot and repair 120V and 480V 3-PH electrical systems. Ability to read and use mechanical and electrical schematics. Have a solid understanding of PLC controlled systems. Be able to troubleshoot and repair simple and complex pneumatic systems. Have a solid understanding of mechanical systems. Be capable of repairing and maintaining building systems.
