Remote Investor Relations Associate - Real Estate Debt

Property Llama Capital seeks an Investor Relations Associate to manage investor questions and commitments on a remote basis from the Denver metro area. You will develop deep knowledge of fund structure, sponsor track records, tier economics, and tax treatment, guiding inquiries through to funded investments. You will run diligence, coordinate with Fund Administration and counsel, and manage onboarding through funding while supporting monthly loan reviews and investor communications.
