The Role:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst ideally with at least one year of prior investment banking experience to join our growing team in Nashville. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to take on meaningful M&A transaction execution responsibilities. You will work directly alongside senior bankers on live M&A transactions, playing a critical role in deal execution from pitch through closing.
Responsibilities:
Prepare client-ready pitchbooks, teasers, confidential information memoranda (CIMs), supporting financial data books, M&A process letters, buyer logs and bid summaries Coordinate due diligence processes, manage virtual data rooms and track buyer/seller workstreams Interact directly with clients, buyers, and legal and accounting advisors in parallel with senior bankers Support business development through market screening, target identification and deal origination activities Build and maintain complex financial models, including DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution and comparable company analyses
Qualifications:
1+ years of investment banking experience (bulge bracket, middle market, or boutique)Proficiency in Excel and Power Point Command of various valuation methodologies and financial modeling Familiarity with sellside M&A processes Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams under deadline pressure Excellent written and verbal communication skills
