Apply for this role →Multidisciplinary Trauma Clinic Team Member The Multidisciplinary Trauma Clinic supports West Michigan's only Level One Trauma Center, providing coordinated follow-up care for patients recovering from traumatic injuries. Our multidisciplinary team includes Burn, Orthopedic Trauma, Acute Care Surgery, and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation specialists, offering comprehensive care, nurse navigation, social work support, an Amputation Clinic, and on-site X-ray services, all in one location.

Scope of work:
This team member will serve in a clinical and clerical role. The team member delivers quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Provider; they also provide clerical support in complex matters to assist in the delivery of value-driven health care services.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Required
AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required within 90 Days
2 years of Insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, electronic health records, lab service support experience Preferred
2 years of clinical care experience Preferred
