Senior Financial Analyst - Real Estate

What You'll Do: Pull, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to build reliable financial and operating metrics Build and maintain financial models, including budget templates and variance analysis Analyze strategic decisions such as hold/sell, land development, and debt defeasance Track debt financing terms and performance across the portfolio Prepare clear, accurate reporting materials, including quarterly reports for leadership Evaluate performance across the company's integrated business units Partner with senior team members on special projects and ad hoc analysis
