Weekend Personal Assistant We're partnering confidentially with a private Berkeley household to find a highly organized, discreet, and reliable Weekend Personal Assistant to manage a detailed health and wellness protocol for the Principal. This is a hands-on, precision-driven role ideal for someone who thrives on structure, consistency, and quiet professionalism in a private home setting.
About the Role: You'll be the point person for executing a comprehensive weekend wellness routine from supplement administration across multiple daily intervals to coordinating in-home treatments and keeping the household running smoothly. Full training on the specific protocol will be provided; what matters most is your reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a private residence.
What You'll Do:
  • Administer a high-volume supplement protocol accurately across multiple daily time intervals
  • Maintain detailed tracking logs and manage inventory/restocking to prevent any gaps in the schedule
  • Set up, coordinate, and facilitate healthcare and fitness-related treatments as directed by the Principal (e.g., scheduling providers, preparing spaces/equipment, being present during sessions as needed)
  • Serve meals and clear dishes
  • Support light household tasks as needed to keep the Principal's routine on track
  • ScheduleSaturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM 4:00 PMSome flexibility for occasional schedule shifts may be required
What We're Looking For:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational habits
  • Comfort with health/wellness routines, supplements, or basic caregiving tasks
  • Absolute discretion and professional boundaries in a private home environment
  • Dependable weekend availability, on time, every time
  • Prior experience as a personal assistant, in healthcare, wellness, or a related field preferred
