Build the personal brands of Mark and Nicole and the voice of IGTMS. Set the plan the creative team ships: the video editor, the designer and the social media manager. Make the transformation and the Down Market Product easy for the right founder to tell apart. Turn attention into applications and booked calls. Work directly with Mark and Nicole. Full time. Remote, global. You Should Not Apply for This Job If•       You have never built a personal brand for someone else. Your own following is not the portfolio. Show us the operator, coach or consultant you grew, where they started, and where they finished.•       You think the brand is the content. The brand is what a founder believes about Mark after one post, and whether they book a call. Content is how you get there.•       You want to make an influencer. Our founders are operators. The content diagnoses. It does not motivate. No hype, no hustle, no fake urgency, and no promise Mark has not approved word for word.•       You have only ever run one voice. Mark, Nicole and IGTMS sound different and sell to different moments. If they start to blur, you have failed the seat.•       You cannot tell the offers apart. The Down Market Product teaches a founder to build and own the system. The transformation installs it with them. If your plan sends the wrong founder to the wrong door, the plan is wrong.•       You have never directed creative people. You set the plan, brief the editor and designer, review before anything ships, and send back what misses. The social media manager executes it. You own whether it worked.•       You think strategy ends at the deck. A plan nobody can ship this week is not a plan.•       You think AI writes the strategy. It drafts, it clusters, it finds the clip. You decide. Still here? Good. Keep reading. We have more voice than reach. Every sales call, client session and coaching call Mark runs is recorded. So are the podcast, the Core Four trainings, the client wins and the founder conversations. Linked In once produced 40 percent of IGTMS new business. It produces almost none now. Too much still comes from Mark's personal network. What is missing is one person who decides what each brand stands for, who it speaks to, and what a founder should do next. That is this seat. You write the pillars for Mark, Nicole and IGTMS. You build the plan and the calendar. You direct the video editor, the designer and the social media manager who ships it, and you read the numbers that tell us whether it worked. The Math of the Seat•       Three brands. Mark, Nicole and IGTMS. Written pillars for each, one standard for all three.•       Two offers. The transformation and the Down Market Product. Every piece of content knows which one it serves and where the founder goes next.•       One plan a week. What ships, on which channel, for which brand and offer, and what we are changing because of last week's numbers.•       100,000 followers by April 1, 2027. That is the number the creative team is built around. You own the plan to hit it, and you tell us early if the number is wrong. What This Person Actually Does•       Write the pillars. For Mark, Nicole and IGTMS: what each one owns, who it talks to, and what it never says. Approved by Mark and Nicole, and used on every piece.•       Build the plan and the calendar. Which channels come first, at what cadence, for which brand and offer. Linked In and Instagram lead. You Tube, Tik Tok, Facebook and X earn their place with numbers. The social media manager publishes from your calendar.•       Mine the archive. Find the diagnosis moments in our recorded calls, trainings and podcast worth building content around, with client names removed.•       Direct the creative team. Brief the video editor and the designer, review everything before it ships, and send back what misses. Coach the social media manager on hooks, copy and replies.•       Keep the offers straight. Transformation fit routes to Mark. Down Market Product fit routes through Marina to Peter. Every brand, every channel, every call to action follows that line.•       Feed the launch. Work with Peter and Umair on the Down Market Product story and on content that keeps the community active before the first paid member joins. No promises about features that are not built.•       Build the podcast into a lead engine. Guest strategy, PR outreach to land high-profile guests, and every approved episode turned into distribution.•       Protect the voice. Direct, calm, no hype. The voice guide is strict, down to punctuation. No 30 percent revenue guarantee goes out unless Mark approves the exact promise and terms.•       Own the scoreboard. Followers, relevant engagement, profile visits, application clicks, qualified conversations and booked calls, by brand, channel and offer. Take the social media manager's weekly report and turn it into next week's decisions. The Kind of Operator We Want Think of the person behind a founder brand you follow on purpose. The founder sounds like themselves on every channel, the content teaches something you can use, and somehow you already trust them before the first call. Someone built that. If the team behind Alex Hormozi, Gary Vee or Cole Gordon would hand you a founder's brand, apply. You think like a media buyer, write like an operator, and run creative people like a producer. You will tell a founder their favorite idea is a weak post, explain why, and be right more often than not.
What You Bring: •       Proof of growth. Personal brands you built for B2B operators, coaches, consultants or high-ticket sellers. Where they started, where they finished, and what the audience produced for the business.•       Strategy and craft. You can write the pillars for a brand in the morning and rewrite a hook in the afternoon.•       Creative direction. You have managed editors, designers or social media managers and kept them shipping without the quality slipping.•       Platform depth. Linked In and Instagram at an expert level. You Tube, Tik Tok, Facebook and X at a credible one.•       Lead generation from content. You can trace a post to a booked call in a CRM, and you have done it for a business.•       Podcast and PR. You have booked guests, pitched shows and turned episodes into distribution.•       Strong written English. Clean, confident and fast. You will write in our founders' voices.•       AI-forward. You use AI to find clips, draft, repurpose and analyze. It sharpens your judgment. It does not replace it. How We Hire, Fire, and Promote These are not posters on a wall. They decide who we hire, who we keep, and who we let go.•       We hire missionaries, not mercenaries. People who act like owners and care about the mission.•       We are a team, not a family. We compete, we hold a high bar, and the seat is earned every season.•       We practice radical candor. The best idea wins regardless of title. We say it to your face or we do not say it.•       We do what we say we are going to do. Integrity here is simple. You keep your commitments.•       We put A-players in every seat. Fewer, better people, paid above market, each one someone we would fight to keep. How We Work•       Full-time, remote, global. We care what you ship, not where you live.•       U.S. Eastern overlap, including the 9:30 AM ET daily huddle.•       Small team, high leverage, powered by AI and systems. Every seat carries weight. Yours carries three voices and the team that ships them. What success looks like at 90 days•       The pillars are live. Written for Mark, Nicole and IGTMS, approved, and visible in every piece that ships.•       The plan runs without the founders. A prioritized calendar weeks ahead, with Mark and Nicole needed only to record and approve.•       The team ships. Editor, designer and social media manager on one calendar and one standard, with a weekly output number set in week one and hit every week after.•       The offers are clear. A founder can tell from any post whether it is about learning and owning the system or having it installed, and where to go next.•       The numbers moved. Follower growth on pace for 100,000 by April 1, 2027, or a written case for a different number, and applications and booked calls we can trace to content. Where This Seat Goes This seat leads the creative team we are building now. As we add brands, products and people, the team grows, and the person who built its system has the most say in what it becomes. Compensation Base plus bonus. We do not publish a fixed number because we do not hire fixed people. The base is calibrated to your location and experience. The bonus is tied to audience growth and the applications and booked calls content produces. If that scoreboard scares you, this is the wrong seat.
How to Apply: Do not send a generic resume. Send proof.•       One personal brand you built for someone else. Where it started, where it finished, and what that audience turned into for the business.•       Three pillars for Mark. One line each, and the first post you would ship under each one.•       Tell two founders apart. Write two short posts on the same idea from Mark's Linked In: one for a founder who wants to learn and own the revenue system, one for a founder who wants it installed. Under 150 words each, and explain what changed.•       Two references we can call. A former boss and a former peer, what you did for them, and how to reach them. Shortlisted candidates get a paid trial: a 30-day plan for one of the three brands, with one week of the calendar filled in and briefs for the editor and designer, in 48 hours. Apply through the Linked In posting or the careers page at igtms.com, or send it straight to talent@igtms.com. We read every one that shows real work. IGTMS is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and are committed to building a team where motivated people thrive.
