Location: Lebanon, Indiana Pay Rate: 21.75/hr.

Shift: Monday through Thursday 3:50 PM to 1:50 AM Job Order ID: 219336 Diverse Staffing is hiring Food Production Workers for a food manufacturing facility in Lebanon, IN. This position offers a consistent Monday through Thursday schedule, weekly pay, benefits eligibility, and voluntary overtime opportunities.

What You'll Do: Inspect products and remove defective items. Load product into production equipment. Remove packaging materials from incoming product. Collect, measure, and document production waste. Stack finished products onto pallets. Follow all safety, GMP, PPE, and quality requirements. Must-Have Requirements Able to lift up to 60 pounds. Able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout a 10-hour shift. Able to work in a fast-paced production environment. Able to read, write, and perform basic counting. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Able to follow GMP, safety, and company procedures.

Preferred Qualifications: Previous food production experience. Manufacturing experience. Warehouse experience. Palletizing experience.

Work Environment: Fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Standing and moving for most of the shift. Frequent lifting up to 60 pounds. PPE and GMP requirements must be followed at all times.
