Engineering Manager

What You'll Do: As Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing the site's engineering strategy while leading teams across: Maintenance Manufacturing Engineering Tool Shop Facilities Utilities

Key responsibilities include: ✅ Driving equipment reliability, uptime, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)✅ Leading preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs✅ Managing capital projects from concept through commissioning and operational handover✅ Developing business cases, capital investment proposals, and project budgets✅ Partnering with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, EHS, and global stakeholders to support strategic initiatives✅ Leading continuous improvement efforts focused on automation, digital manufacturing, energy efficiency, waste reduction, and operational excellence✅ Building, mentoring, and developing engineering teams while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and safety

What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline 10+ years of engineering experience within a manufacturing environment 5+ years of engineering leadership experience Proven success managing Maintenance, Engineering, Facilities, and Capital Projects Strong project management experience with capital investments from concept through commissioning Experience in regulated manufacturing environments such as Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or similar industries Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team development skills Why This Role?
