Role Description:
The Property Manager and Experience Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Bronx, NY, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Kreate Hub property and ensuring an outstanding member experience. This role includes managing studio and co-working space occupancy, coordinating tours, move-ins, and tenant inquiries, and maintaining a clean, safe, and functional facility in partnership with vendors and maintenance staff. The individual will cultivate a welcoming community, organize or support events and programming that enhance member engagement, and respond promptly to feedback or concerns. The role also involves basic administrative tasks such as handling contracts, monitoring invoicing and payments in collaboration with leadership, and tracking operational metrics. The Property Manager and Experience Director will act as the primary on-site point of contact, representing Kreate Hub’s values and helping the creative community thrive.
Qualifications:
Property and facility management skills, including oversight of building operations, vendor coordination, and space allocation.
Customer experience and community-building skills, with the ability to foster relationships, support tenants, and create a welcoming environment.
Organizational and administrative skills, such as contract handling, basic budgeting, scheduling, and record-keeping.
Communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional conflict resolution.
Event and programming coordination skills to support workshops, open studios, and community gatherings.
Ability to work on-site independently, make informed decisions, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in property management, co-working spaces, hospitality, or community-focused roles is preferred.
Familiarity with creative communities or the arts is a plus, along with basic proficiency in office software and digital tools.
