Hotel Executive Housekeeper: Lead Guest Experience

McKibbon is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to guide the hotel’s housekeeping team and partner with leadership to meet business goals. You will oversee all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring cleanliness, safety and high-quality standards. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, you will train staff, enforce brand standards, manage budgets and labor, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining the highest ethical leadership.
